1. What the app does with your voice
Dialogo translates conversations in real time. While a conversation is running, the audio picked up by the microphone and the text of what is said are sent to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C. / OpenAI Ireland Ltd.) to be recognised and translated, and the translated speech comes back. This happens only while translation is on; nothing is recorded when the app is idle.
The Dialogo server never receives your audio or the text of your conversations. The phone talks to OpenAI directly. OpenAI processes this data as our processor under its API data processing terms and does not use API data to train its models.
2. What stays on your phone
The conversation history (audio, transcripts and translations) is stored only on your iPhone, if you keep that setting on. You can delete it in the History screen or by deleting the app. It is never uploaded to us.
3. What our server stores
- An account record created on first launch: a random account id, a six-digit user number, a hashed device identifier, and your balance.
- Billing counters: for each translated response, the number of audio and text tokens reported by OpenAI, the model used, the timestamp and the amount charged. No content.
- Purchase records from the App Store (transaction ids, product, date) so that credits, Pro and Unlimited can be applied and refunds honoured.
- A conversation summary, only if you ask for one: the transcript is sent to OpenAI once through our server and the summary is returned to the phone; the server keeps neither.
We keep no e-mail address, name or phone number unless you write to support.
4. Your own OpenAI key (Unlimited)
If you enter your own OpenAI API key, it is stored in the iPhone Keychain and used by the app directly with OpenAI under your own OpenAI account and terms. We never see the key.
5. Payments
All payments go through Apple’s App Store. We do not receive card numbers or your Apple ID. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the purchase.
6. Analytics and tracking
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking. Crash reports, if you have enabled them in iOS, are collected by Apple.
7. Legal basis and retention (GDPR)
We process the data above to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract) and to meet accounting obligations. Billing and purchase records are kept for as long as the law on accounting requires; the account record is deleted on request. Translation audio is not retained by us at all.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about your account, or object to its processing, by writing to support@dialogotranslator.com and quoting the user number from Settings → About. If you believe your rights are infringed you may complain to your data protection authority.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no data from them.
10. Changes
We will publish any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.

1. Что происходит с вашим голосом
Dialogo переводит разговоры в реальном времени. Пока идёт разговор, звук с микрофона и текст сказанного передаются в OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C. / OpenAI Ireland Ltd.) для распознавания и перевода, обратно приходит переведённая речь. Это происходит только пока включён перевод; в покое приложение ничего не записывает.
Сервер Dialogo не получает ни звук, ни текст ваших разговоров: телефон говорит с OpenAI напрямую. OpenAI обрабатывает эти данные как наш обработчик по условиям своего API и не использует данные API для обучения моделей.
2. Что остаётся на телефоне
История разговоров (звук, расшифровки, переводы) хранится только на вашем iPhone, если эта настройка включена. Её можно удалить на экране «История» или удалив приложение. К нам она не передаётся.
3. Что хранит наш сервер
- Запись аккаунта, созданная при первом запуске: случайный идентификатор, шестизначный номер пользователя, хеш идентификатора устройства и баланс.
- Счётчики для оплаты: по каждому переведённому ответу — число аудио- и текстовых токенов, которое сообщает OpenAI, модель, время и списанная сумма. Без содержания.
- Записи о покупках из App Store (идентификаторы транзакций, товар, дата), чтобы начислять кредиты, Pro и Unlimited и учитывать возвраты.
- Резюме разговора — только если вы его попросили: расшифровка один раз отправляется в OpenAI через наш сервер, резюме возвращается на телефон; сервер не хранит ни того, ни другого.
Мы не храним e-mail, имя или телефон, если вы сами не напишете в поддержку.
4. Свой ключ OpenAI (Unlimited)
Если вы ввели свой ключ OpenAI API, он хранится в Keychain iPhone и используется приложением напрямую с OpenAI по вашему аккаунту и условиям OpenAI. Мы его не видим.
5. Платежи
Все платежи проходят через App Store. Мы не получаем номера карт и ваш Apple ID; к покупке применяется политика конфиденциальности Apple.
6. Аналитика и трекинг
В приложении нет рекламы, сторонней аналитики и трекинга. Отчёты о сбоях, если они включены в iOS, собирает Apple.
7. Основание и сроки (GDPR)
Мы обрабатываем эти данные, чтобы оказать запрошенную услугу (исполнение договора) и выполнить требования учёта. Записи об оплатах и покупках хранятся столько, сколько требует законодательство о бухгалтерском учёте; запись аккаунта удаляется по запросу. Звук разговоров мы не храним вовсе.
8. Ваши права
Вы можете запросить показ, исправление или удаление данных вашего аккаунта или возразить против обработки, написав на support@dialogotranslator.com и указав номер пользователя из Настроек → «О приложении». Если вы считаете, что ваши права нарушены, вы можете обратиться в надзорный орган по защите данных.
9. Дети
Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные.
10. Изменения
Изменения политики публикуются на этой странице с новой датой вступления в силу.
